I often find I do an unknown keyboard short cut whilst typing which refreshes the Assessment causing me to lose a lot of work (probably hit ctrlR instead of shiftR). The work has not been saved because the comment box was open and this is only saved when you save and close the comment box.
Think it would be beneficial for either the webpage to continually save, or a dialogue box to appear to ask if i really want to refresh the page
