Currently reports are sent as a html link to providers. A number cannot access the report to complete the factual accuracy stage. On the provider portal create an area where this draft report is situated to allow access via a different route. If it sits in the provider portal it also means the provider is getting use to where the reports are especially if they then have to create an action plan.

Customer Challenge
I have had major issues with providers whos IT systems will not allow a html link even from a known provider. I have wasted numerous visit and days trying to assist the provider to access a report. In the end having to print a copy for them to read and hand write any changes, makes your product not fit for purpose. If sat in provider portal as a draft, providers can access this |
