include an override function so assessors can add/amend/remove/agree/sign off actions without providers involvement should there be issues with how am action plan is being managed

This would be a really useful function. Currently I have had to email provider many times and visit branches. Many providers struggle with their IT. In addition they often add actions or comments that need editing or don't address the recommendations completely. Rather than being able to focus on the actions and outcomes and evidencing it its taken months just to get the correct and appropriate actions added correctly. Some providers are not aware of things such as SMART objectives and add actions that are un measurable or not time specific.
