Being a new user group, and listening to other Local Authority journey's using PAMMS and developing many systems to complimnet the assessment process, it would be great to have a 'shared' library where users could go to, for inspiration and ideas.

Customer Challenge
Learning how to navigate PAMMS and all the pre work required along with consistent approach and actual write up, we are looking at SMARTER ways of acheiving this. From talking with other local authorities each may have a different appraoch, and developing syatems to support pre work, write ups, which questions are key, and how to be consistent with scoring etc. If forums are not possible it could be helpful if other L.A's are happy to share local developments that compliment PAMMS. |
